when you go to an interview and they ask “tell me about ur self” do you tell them ur disiabilitie if you have one. i do wear hearing aids and wear them 24/7 i have to if not then i’ll be missing on what your saying.

When they ask, “Tell me about yourself” they are usually looking to find out about your previous work experience and education. As far as the disability, it doesn’t seem to be anything that would keep you from doing your job, and also, employers will not and cannot discriminate against disability. Many employers can even get tax breaks for hiring employees with disabilities. So don’t worry about telling them.
if you have trouble hearing them, be assertive and let them know politely and without interrupting, im sure they will respect that and it should help with you getting the job rather than imped.
