When I was about 2 years old my left eardrum was punctured and the little bones in my ear were damaged. I have about 50 percent hearing loss in that ear. My ears always ring, and always have. But now they ring a lot more often. The weird thing about it is that whenever I think about my ears ringing they start to ring. Since this nonsense started, it seems like both of my ears have lost hearing. Any help?

my daughter is five years old and on March 25th 2008 we discovered she has a hearing loss in both ears. We have been going to many different doctors however, one doctor has diagnose her with Cognitive hearing loss in both ears. She is very young and speaks well thank god however i was wondering if this is considered a disability? I was considering trying to get benefits from Social Security for her?

For an adult, can any venereal diseases/STDs cause hearing loss/ringing in ears?

i wear hearing Aids and it just builds up wax in my ears, no i’m not old, just that i’ve had 5 or 6 operations on my ears when i was a kid.
