Do You Think A Canal Hearing Aid Would Be Appropriate For A 3.5yo?

Author: He is currently wearing a behind the ear aid, but it seems to annoy his ear, not to mention him.
Do you think a canal aid, would be appropriate for him, or that he will just lose his aid??

Does Anyone Wear The Completely In The Canal Hearing Aids? If So I Need Help? Details…?
So, I wear the completely in the canal, the brand is: Interton and I bought them at a Costco. I got them 3 years ago, and only that one time that I got them, I had the volume raised up. So, obviously now since its been years i need the volume raised up. However, i do not want to go to a Costco, I do not like the service there. Where can I go to get the volume raised up?

Hearing Aids Come In 3 Types. Behind The Ears, In The Canal And In The Inner Ear.which Should I Buy?
Completely in the Canal (CIC) aids are more prone to have problems due to their very small size. They break down more frequently than larger aids. The batteries are a size 10 and only last about 4 days versus 7-10 days in a 312 battery. They can come out of your ear on their own and get lost since they are so small. You cannot get a volume control on them either. Plus you cannot take advantage of the newest hearing aid features due to their small size they only have one microphone whereas larger aids will have two to help in background noise. I can’t tell you what to get because I don’t know what your hearing is like. But DON’T get a CIC get a ITC, HS, ITE, or BTE. Let your audiologist tell you what is appropriate.
